Solar for commercial and industrial installations

Solar rooftop and ground mounted for commercial installations can save unto 60% of annual power consumption and  replacement with green energy. Oakridge offers two implementation models - CAPEX and RESCO.

In the CAPEX model, the client makes the investment and Oakridge develops the project and provides long term maintenance for a fixed fee. In the RESCO model, Oakridge evaluates the customer for their creditworthiness and subject to fulfilment of criteria, makes the full investment for the solar plant. Oakridge charges the customer for each unit of power generated, over long-term power purchase agreements of 15, 20 or 25  years.

Solar for institutions - schools and colleges

Schools and colleges have significant unused areas on their rooftop. Oakridge offers customised solar plants at own investment, tied into long-term fixed price agreements for sale of power, for schools  and colleges located in urban areas.

Oakridge has tie-ups with Indian and international financial institutions to provide secured financing for such projects.

Solar for residences

Our flagship offering, Oakridge Assured for residences, provides 3 year  and 5 year financed solar rooftop plants  on  residential. Product offered in Delhi, Haryana and select cites of Uttar Pradesh depending upon client criteria.

Solar water pumps

Oakridge installs solar water pumps (both stand-alone and grid-connected) under various government schemes such as KUSUM part A and KUSUM part C. We have installed solar pumps under government programs in Rajasthan, Delhi and West Bengal.
